Psychotherapy is the process of treating mental health issues using a variety of psychological techniques and modalities. Typically, psychotherapy is a talk-based approach, looking at ways to improve the way an individual thinks, feels, and acts (CBT, ERP, EFT). We like to look at each client through a holistic lens, assessing an individual’s physiological, psychological, and social wellbeing

More information:

  • Parent support to guide you emotionally through the transition to parenthood or transition to adding to your family. Together we can work through your hopes, dreams, and fears to cultivate a foundation for strong relationships with your new baby or to reduce the impact of relational changes for your current children.

  • A blend of parent support and play therapy to support strong initial relationship foundations, work through early life or relational changes, and cultivate a support network for you and your child early on.

  • Evidence based play therapy allows young children to explore their world while building on their emotional regulation and processing in a supportive environment through play and through their unique interests.

  • Individual sessions for clients up to age 18 either virtually or in person. Therapeutic sessions with an overall goal to improve the client's overall emotional well-being, capacity for emotional resiliency and regulation, and a greater sense of themselves while they navigate life's challenges.

  • At the foundation of a child’s life is their family. Parent work deepens the therapy process by connecting the work done in the therapy space back to the home. Together we will work to support your child while also strengthening your relationship with them, encouraging you to more deeply understand their unique experience in the world while working together to navigate challenges you may face alongside them.
