Cancellation Policy
All visits require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. There is a 50% of visit fee for any visit that is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hours prior to the visit.

Not covered by OHIP and are an additional fee to your appointments. Your practitioner will always let you know the cost of lab testing before you decide if you would like to proceed.
